It goes without saying that meditating on a regular basis makes your life better. You feel more at peace, your intuition flows freely, and the creativity expands exponentially. The key is to do it CONSISTENTLY, and by consistently I mean DAILY.
Does the very thought of doing meditation DAILY scare you? It would have frightened me to death a few years ago. But, now I not only like it, I love to create them for others to enjoy.
You don't have to meditate for huge amounts of time, even a few minutes every day is helpful. Why? It is helpful because it establishes a "baseline" within your being that peace, balance, and love are the norm, rather than various versions of stress, anxiety, and fear.
