Who I Am

My name is Kathy. I have worn many hats in my lifetime such as "mom”, “wife”, “teacher”, “caregiver”, “healer”, “author”, and all around commander-in-chief in the households. I have experienced deep pain and loss, and trudged through the dark night of the Soul.

Who I am is a kind, loving, caring woman who is motivated to help others in their journey through this life. I absolutely LOVE helping others better understand the nature of Who They Truly Are.

• I like to learn new things all the time, and in turn, I love to share what I have learned with others. If you have landed here today I hope that you find something that speaks to your soul. If I may be of service to you in this next part of journey, all the better.

• I have studied many modalities such as Reiki, Magnified Healing, Melchizedek Method, and The EMF Balancing Technique (my favorite, and in my opinion, the most effective!)

• I also hold degrees in Education, Applied Educational Neuroscience, and Teaching English Language Learners.

• In the past, I hosted an internet radio show for about a year, wrote/self published a book, authored guided meditation CDs.

• One of our favorite social activities these days is to host murder mystery parties with our friends…we all get to dress up and be silly for a night!

I also LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the beach and a beautiful sunset/sunrise!
