Teaching the Dysregulated Child is a labor of love. It is my give-back to other teachers, parents, and caregivers of children. While I enjoy immersing myself in new things, and learning all about educational neuroscience, the art and science of resilience, personal growth, and self-regulation, I also know that most people are too busy to do that!
My goal with these blog posts is to provide summaries of articles, research, books, or videos that pertain to the topic. In addition to the summary, I will also add in my own thoughts.
Some posts will be about strategies to work with the children. Other posts are more about the ADULT taking care of themselves, making sure they are well regulated and emotionally healthy.
